In “The Interlopers” by Saki, Ulrich and Georg view each other as interlopers, outsiders intruding on their land and their lives. Think about a time when you felt like an interloper or when someone else felt out of place in your world. How did that situation affect relationships, emotions, or outcomes?

Prompt response:  It affected a lot relations by the arguing that was going on and also there was helpline each other but still backlash from what happened earlier. Summary: Today we did a common lit assignment that basically talked about two characters that didn’t like each other but a really bad situation made them come together to get out of it. Reflection: This shows a lot of what goes in especially this generation people just have to learn to become cordial with each other.

Write about an adventure you would like to go on.

Prompt Response:  An adventure I would like to go on is a trip to cold land or a place that has nature and waterfall. Because I see that those are the places that people really find their peace in or find themselves as a person because there are times where I can't take much and I don't want to be bothered with so a place like that I would really enjoy. Summary:  We learned about Emily Dickinson and the way she writes her poems. To other people they seem very dark or have that type of feeling, but they still read it to find like a message or hidden thing that can maybe teach them. Reflection:  I was asked "Who am I?" and it made me wonder who I am to myself and to others but had to focus on what I mean to myself.

Write about a time when you realized you needed to look out for yourself in a silly or harmless situation—maybe dodging a pop quiz, escaping a group chat argument, or remembering at the last second to submit an assignment. How did choosing wisely make your life easier?

Prompt Response: When I see that issues are starting to happen I try to get away from it because I have enough going on and I don't want any more stuff going on. Summary: Today we read The Life You Save May Be Your Own and a man do what typical men do they use women to get the things they want and left the daughter at a diner. Reflection: The daughter was deaf and I don't think he should have done it he could've just dealt with his poor life instead of using people for advantage.
