After two weeks of studying rhetorical devices, types of rhetoric, and methods for identifying rhetorical techniques, which rhetorical device do you find most effective or compelling, and why?

Prompt Response: I find antithesis more compelling because It's really easy for me to remember since it's the opposite of everything and I find it very easy to do it in a sentence especially when your doing a story. Summary: Today we took the rhetorical device quiz. Reflection: In these 2 weeks I have learned about more devices that I didn't know exist. I also confused them with literacy devices so it was nice to know the difference of these devices and knowing how to use them in the future.

Because I see that those are the places that people really find their peace in or find themselves as a person because there are times where I can't take much and I don't want to be bothered with so a place like that I would really enjoy. Summary:  We learned about Emily Dickinson and the way she writes her poems. To other people they seem very dark or have that type of feeling, but they still read it to find like a message or hidden thing that can maybe teach them. Reflection:  I was asked "Who am I?" and it made me wonder who I am to myself and to others but had to focus on what I mean to myself.
