Describe a time when you took a hiatus from something important. What led to the break, and how did it impact you?

 Prompt Response: I took a break from my competition  team for a year because it was taking a toll on me and I was getting really tired and I didn’t like the team from the year before so I just chose not to do it again on top of sideline cheer. Summary: Today we learned more rhetorical devices. Reflection: The ones we learned today were really easy and didn’t know that I used them everyday.

  Prompt Response:  An adventure I would like to go on is a trip to cold land or a place that has nature and waterfall. Because I see that those are the places that people really find their peace in or find themselves as a person because there are times where I can't take much and I don't want to be bothered with so a place like that I would really enjoy. Summary:  We learned about Emily Dickinson and the way she writes her poems. To other people they seem very dark or have that type of feeling, but they still read it to find like a message or hidden thing that can maybe teach them. Reflection:  I was asked "Who am I?" and it made me wonder who I am to myself and to others but had to focus on what I mean to myself.
